This recipe for Frappuccino Serves: 1

Mocha Frappuccino

INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon dry pectin
1/4 cup 2% milk.  Make sure it is cold!
3/4 cup espresso coffee

FLAVORS:

1 Teaspoon unsweetened cocoa or Quick Drink Mix
1 Tablespoon of liquid coffee flavoring.  Good ones to experiment with are vanilla, hazlenut, almond, almond roca, raspberry, and Irish crème.
1 Teaspoon liquid baking flavorings.  Kinds to try would be cinnamon, praline, etc.

PREPARATION
Have your blender out and ready to go. Add 3/4 cup of hot coffee to the blender and mix with the sugar for 30 seconds at a low speed to give the sugar a chance to dissolve.  Caution:  Don’t mix too high because you’ll get too much froth.  Pour in the cold milk while the blender is still mixing and add the remaining ingredients along with your choice of flavorings.  Blend for one minute and now it’s time to enjoy your Frappuccino!
